4421 is a four functional modified epoxy acrylate with high acid value O-cresol formaldehyde. It has good heat resistance, good insulation, high surface hardness and wear resistance. It has excellent adhesion on copper, other metal and glass substrates. It is a typical alkali soluble light sensitive resin.

[APPLICATION]       
Mainly used in UV curable coating applications, like Anti-erodibility and solder resist coatings for PCB, glass coatings, adhesives, etc.

[FEATURES]            
Curing speed and drying, good heat resistance and insulativity, good adhesion on copper, stainless steel and glass, typical alkali-soluble photosensitive resin.
